Este trabajo analiza el sistema de solución de controversias específicamente diseñado, con la introducción de alternativas a la jurisdicción, en el Reglamento (UE) 2019/1150 sobre el fomento de la equidad y la transparencia para los usuarios profesionales de servicios de intermediación en línea, que ha entrado recientemente en vigor.

Literature on art education often emphasizes dialogue as a preferred approach and as a way of practicing democratic education in museums and galleries. Dialogue-based tours in such contexts are often characterized by a sense of harmony and agreement. In contrast, this article discusses the democratic aspect and political potentiality when dissensus and agonism are used as central educational strategies. The point of departure for the discussion was a teaching session on the online platform Zoom with student teachers as part of their module on art and crafts at the University of Agder in Kristiansand, Norway, in spring 2020. Unversity-industry links and their impact on innovation processes have been widely acknowledged. However, previous studies have mainly examined university-industry knowledge transfer activities from the perspective of the research and third stream missions. This study aims to examine the feasibility of a number of technical solutions implemented in a web-based system designed for the creation and management of online language exams within PAULEX Universitas, a project for the development of an online platform to design, deliver and assess the foreign language exam within the Spanish national University Entrance Examination. The paper investigates the legal issues concerning online platform for restaurants. A coherent regulatory framework of these platforms is proposed, considering the P2B and B2C relationships involved in their activities, with a focus on the protection of food choices and personal data entered by users. While for the P2B issues the European legislation lay down by Reg. EU n. 1150/2019 and the previous Dir. 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce is involved; the B2C issues are discussed considering the regulation on unfair commercial practices provided by Dir. n. 2005/29/EC and, specifically, Reg. Problēmas identificēšanai autore veica pētījumu par digitālā mārketinga izglītības iespējas pieejamību Baltijas valstīs un veica nozares darba tirgus analīzi. Pētījuma rezultātā autore nonāca pie secinājuma, ka digitālā mārketinga speciālisti neatbilst mūsdienu darba tirgus prasībām, zināšanu un prasmju līmeņa dēļ. Ir tikuši veikti pētījumi par stilistiskajiem aspektiem, kas veido filmu recenzijas interneta laikmetā. Gramatisko pētījumu trūkums filmu recenzijās veicina turpmākus pētījumus šajā jomā. Tādēļ, šī pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt laika-aspekta formu biežumu un pielietojumu tiešsaistes filmu recenzijās. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izmantotas divas pētnieciskās metodes biežuma analīze un diskursa analīze.
